Organically-derived solid White Oak Bench #1 for indoor or outdoor placement. Bench started out as 40”x30”x25” round of Maryland White Oak. Cut and shaped through chainsaw and Alaskan Saw Mill to solid block. Further cut and shaped with variety of Stihl chainsaws and angle grinders. Finished in multiple coats of Fine Paints of Europe Marine Varnish. Rubber feet for elevation off floor or outdoor surfaces. Bench weighs about 300 pounds. Bench photos show one made to order and sold to buyer in Middleburg, Virginia.
New Made-to-Order bench with similar design and dimensions can be issued a new # . I currently have several large lengths of red oak to serve as the starting palette and the resulting bench can be designed and shaped for free local delivery and installation within 2-3 hours of DC, with additional nominal fees for greater travel distances. (Note: I have undertaken delivery and installations as far from DC as California.
