It incorporates several types of hardware and brackets and is sealed with a heavy layers of the highest quality marine varnish. Each of the blocks highlights the natural character and qualities of the wood and weighs anywhere from 25 to 60 pounds, relying on a centralized steel rod to maintain its formidable shape and necessary stability. This sculpture requires a significant amount of work and is priced fairly and accordingly.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe construction of the blocks starts with the selection of suitable 6x6 beams. They are cut and then glued, then screwed together using timber screws. Once the laminated blocks are done, they are carved using a variety of chain saws and grinders. Then each block is carefully drilled for the centralized threaded rod.
